Underwater pictures

Better late than never, right ? Here's a small selection from the 250+ pics I took underwater during our recent 3-day dive trip on the Great Barrier Reef.

Blue spotted stingray

A lemon damsel next to some soft coral

Six-banded Angelfish

More coral (there was lots!)

Giant clam

Some more live coral

White-tip reef shark (~1.5m)

A coral garden

A close-up view of some live coral
These pics were taken with my "old" DSLR with a 60mm macro inside a soft plastic underwater case (good to about 8m)

And here's something I put together with videos that Dan took with his point-and-shoot and underwater hard case.

Beautiful pictures guys and a very cool video. Thanks for going to the effort of putting them up. It's really handy being to point our friends and family at your blog and say "we were there too"!
